Everyone I’ve had contact with at Mark Air provides stellar customer service. I needed a new system & Tracy set up the appointment to suit my schedule & is so sweet & kind. Angela, too, is great to work with as she called to set up the inspection following installation.Tim came to diagnose the issue & was thorough & presented the issues so clearly. Chris came to look over & gave a fair estimate and assured me the work would be done timely, and it was! Reggie & Carlos came the day before so when they came to do the installation, there would be no surprises and they could complete the installation efficiently. Reggie & Carlos made sure the installation was done perfect and they truly finished the job in less time than I anticipated and made sure they cleaned up before leaving. They made sure I understood the new thermostat before they left and that the unit was working properly. The new unit is keeping us all cool & comfortable! Kevin came very shortly after the installation and hauled off the old unit, leaving no debris behind. Kudos to the entire Mark Air team for a great experience!

Well my normal tech is no longer working at Mark Air so they sent John Gaddy and boy I am HAPPY they did!!! He did a superb job and found an issue and addressed it while he was here. He explained in detail what was gonna be done to correct the issue. God knew what he was doing this morning when he sent John to service my unit!! Mark Air has always treated me fairly and has been very honest since day one. That’s why they have my business for a lifetime!! My daddy is even gonna call them after I shared with him my experiences today!! You won’t regret using Mark Air for your heating and air needs!!! Thanks guys as always for your great service. Even Ms Tracey that handles the phone calls!!

Called Mark-Air because AC upstairs unit was not cooling. I was told they would take care of it today between 3p and 5 pm. I received a text 30 minutes prior to them arriving. This was the quickest best service so far!! Thank you Mark-Air and Joey!

The technicians are always courteous and professional. They always put on paper booties over their shoes when they come in the house. Very friendly and helpful!
